4. Manage, train, and organize VA's workflow (Feedback, Benchmarks, SOP, Guidelines, Task, and Priorities)
5. Deal with the most challenging issues/customers that need special attention and understanding (escalated complaints, irate customers)
6. Lead the communication with the suppliers/system provider, etc. to ensure that customers' needs are met
7. Resolve customer concerns and immediately raise critical i
8. Support the Customer Success Team with the day-to-day support of the customers.
