Profile Description

I have been exposed to mass-housing residential projects, fit-out of Hotels, Resort and Boutiques such as Grand Hyatt Hotel, Dusit Thani Davao and Lubi Plantacion.. Those are just some of the projects I handled in the Philippines.I both played site and commercial quantity surveyor role for those projects.
As a quantity surveyor, I prepare quantification for gross quantity of owner supplied materials for the project. I reconcile the quantity of material for purchase and delivery, with external quantity surveyor of the project.
I also evaluates billing of sub-contractors based on actual accomplishment.
I also Liaise with the External or Consultant Quantity Surveyor on contractual matters, progress claims and respective cost claims like VOs. And most of all, I prepare the material take off and bill of quantity.
I also have experience in Procurement and Material Management, and I can say that it helps me familiarize with construction materials and equipment. With that experiences, I can say that I am knowledgeable and can adapt easily with the new specs that I might encounter. I also have experience as a freelance estimator/contracts administrator and have handled international clients.  I have expertise in quantity surveying and contract administration. I also have experience in managing teams, administration, and operations. I can contribute to your company's global vision of promoting and delivering excellent service.
