Way back February 2010, I was hired as a Voice Customer Representative wherein I take in calls assisting customers' concern such as general inquiries about the product, billing concerns, trouble shooting, as well as upselling
After a year of being a Voice Customer Representative, I dUpgrade to see actual info to step up and I applied as an Email Support professional to face new challenges. As an Email Support Representative, I reply to customer's inquiry same as what I did when I was taking in calls but this time, through email, answering general inquiries, billing concerns, trouble shooting, and retaining customers by offering promotions to those who wants to cancel the Upgrade to see actual info was challenging as you need to ensure that replies are accurate and convincing to satisfy customers' needs.

After a year, I applied as a Data Entry Specialist wherein I was the one placing in the promotional codes on customers' subscriptions depending on what subscriptions they Upgrade to see actual info was also challenging as I have learned to work in quantity with quality.

Another year has passed and I was promoted as a Command Center Associate in the same company wherein I was able to apply all the knowledge I have learned as an Email Support Representative in terms of assisting client's metrics and expectations. Ensuring correct number of agents at the right time are on their workstations to answer forecasted call volume at the desired service level.

Being a Command Center Associate helped me understand more about the business. I learned and understood the significance of meeting the quota of calls taken in a day as a voice support representative as well as emails answered per hour as an email support representative. 

My experience as an Access and ID Management Specialist enhanced my skills in troubleshooting technical issues as I was the one responsible in ensuring that all tools agents are entitled to use are being utilized.

I am sure that all the things I have learned and gained from my previous position can be effectively utilized as a Virtual Assistant. This will help the business' profit by meeting or rather exceeding the quota as well as meeting client's expectations.
