A brief background of my Amazon experience. I've been an Amazon virtual assistant since 2019. Overall the task is within Amazon seller central account and other third party software that is connected to Seller Central. My tasks includes;
adding new listings by uploading products in bulk and single upload managing inventory and listings - including quantity and price updates, updating listing's info on the back end, fixing suppressed price alerts,  uploading images on the back-end of the listings, uploading EBC, creating/adding items on existing campaigns, creating promotions like a percentage off and coupon. Monitoring orders to make sure that they are shipped on timecreating and printing shipping label using third party softwareMonitor Customer Reviews page - sending request for product review to customers (within Amazon policy), respond to customer messages through Buyer-Seller Messaging, reply to the customer's comment or feedback, request feedback removalprocessing refunds, Generating reports within seller central account (New order report, Unshipped report, Return report, etc)Create FBA shipment plansubmitting Hazmat review requestProduct Research - Online Arbitrage & Wholesaleother daily work within seller central
