I'm interested in working with clients who are keen on developing a long-term and stable working relationship. I've been in the freelancing industry for a decade now. In those years, I've worked with different short- and long-term clients. The tasks varied from client to client which helped me develop many skills. This allowed me to contribute value to the clients I worked with.

Front End Junior WordPress Divi Designer 
- Helping clients reach more customers consequently growing their business and increasing their income by building and designing websites.
- Built over 200 websites for Google My Business websites.
- Provided clients with design ideas, branding colours, and logo design, and created a brand canvas and wireframes.
- Provided after-design/sales support to make sure that the website is working well. Additionally, provided video instructions for clients who want to manage their content.

Proficient in using Divi Theme by Elegant Themes: 
- can build a webpage or original design from scratch, or with a model;  
knows how to properly optimize design considering different viewports of a variety of devices; 
- can troubleshoot issues independently or seek help to resolve any technical issues, and continues to grow knowledge and skills on Divi. 

Virtual Assistance
- Helped clients exponentially grow their business by taking away time-consuming tasks so they could focus on more valuable aspects of their business.
- Provided email management, correspondence, and calendar management so clients don't forget important meetings and correspondents.
- Helped hire, onboard, and trained new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. Additionally, I schedule weekly huddles and team events to keep company camaraderie.
- Coordinated with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to complete a product before launch.
- Brainstorm with the rest of the team to come up with ideas on how to push the business forward and meet the company goals.
- Assisted in creating courses and see to it the completion of the course/program.

Content Management and Planning
- Responsible for ideating valuable, engaging, and relevant content based on the company's business.
- Conduct online research on trending topics related to business and plan content to be written and published on the site.
- Coordinated with a team of writers, designers, and proofreaders to get content ready for publishing.
- Responsible for formatting and publishing content on site.
- Brainstorm with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to come up with content ideas to publish on-site. 

Operations and Business Management
- See to it the day-to-day operation of the business goes smoothly by constantly coordinating with employees or teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to complete a task and move a project forward.
- Coached teaUpgrade to see actual infombers who are struggling and helped them by finding support through coaching or providing tools.
- Plan and coordinate teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and determine how to improve the working environment. 
- Helped organize a growing business by developing and writing the company's standard operating procedure.
- Responsible for allocating budgets and prioritizing what is needed for the operation of the business.

Customer Support

- Helped customers stay happy with their purchase by providing efficient solutions to issues they encountered after sales by phone, email, and chat.
- Two years of inbound call BPO work where I was responsible for taking orders from customers for different catalogue companies including Get Organized, 1800-Flowers, Haband, and more.
- Responded to emails, chat and call inquiries from customers.
- Provided technical support and resolved payment issues with clients.
- Responsible for filing dispute cases in PayPal.
- Wrote canned or script responses to make customer support standardized and professional while helping the CS Team. 
- Responsible for hiring, onboarding, and training the customer support team. As well as holding meetings to brainstorm solutions and more.

Social Media and Community Content Creation and Management
- Repurposed content to distribute in different media. Went through each blog post, took note of points that can be expounded, created quote images in Canva, and posted on social media platforms.
- Brainstormed with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on social media strategies and content plans.

Training and certifications:
- Completed Awaken the Leader program facilitated by Martine de Luna. It's a course creation program where I learned to create courses and programs; completed in November 2020 I created a program from this course: Deschool: A Path to free learning (created with a collaborator). 

Currently creating a sourdough bread course.
- Online training for Social Media Specialist with Ryan Deiss, DigitalMarketer; completed April 2020
- Certified Yoga Instructor with Marichi Yoga School; completed in January 2019. I've been teaching yoga classes since 2015.

Other things about me: I am a certified Yoga teacher and used to own and manage a fitness gym and yoga studio. Sadly, it closed down in 2021 due to the pandemic.

My current interest is within the topics of health and fitness, personal development, and lifestyle improvement (slow and sustainable living). We are an unschooling family, that tries to live as sustainably as we can. We built our own home in 2020. It's made of container vans. I have eight chickens that lay eggs enough for our daily consumption. It is our dream to homestead in the future. But right now, I'm enjoying providing valuable service to clients online. 

We have a strong fibre internet connection at a minimum of 70mbps download speed. Backup power is also available provided by our solar batteries.
