being fraud analyst we work with customer who are victim with identity theft, scam and we report fraud activity on the account, not
just that we also monitor account for any suspicious activity that happened and / or may happen on the account, in other words
we help mitigate the loses bank may incur by stopping or even preventing fraud to happen.
