Through managing my own business, I’ve significantly enhanced my skills in video production, including filming and showcasing content that effectively promotes and endorses our brand. Using Capcut and Adobe Premier. We use Tiktok and facebook in uploading these videos to promote our brand.

I have strong skills in Microsoft Excel, having regularly used it to create tables, graphs, and pivot tables, as well as to apply formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and SUMIFS, among other commonly used functions for office tasks.

I have experience working as a Data encoder for bank of America for 3 years. Where we type in scanned documents like banking loan, mortgages, account statement and more.

I have my own business where I’ve personally designed our logo using Photoshop, Canva and other photo editing tool, showcasing my skills in graphic design and branding.

Worked as technical support for Amazon, I provided comprehensive assistance and troubleshooting for Amazon digital products and devices. Over a six-year tenure, I demonstrated a strong understanding of Amazon’s digital ecosystem and consistently delivered exceptional customer technical support, leading to a promotion to Subject Matter Expert (SME) and team management responsibilities.

I have six years of experience providing phone support at Amazon, where I assisted a diverse range of customers with information and help regarding Amazon products.
