Having worked in the BPO/Call center industry for almost 8 years, from being a Customer Support/Tech Support rep to joining the ranks of middle-management /Training and Quality, I have extensive experience when it comes to taking in calls/answering emails, handling customer service and technical support accounts and coaching/auditing/and training agents.
