Profile Description

With over 8 years of experience in a BPO company, I am well trained with voice and non-voice call center jobs. I have a proficient typing skills, computer skills and knowledge, good communication skills, both written and verbal, working to deadlines and I do adhere to confidentiality regulations.
I am a fast learner and was able to resolve customer's inquiry accurately. I did received a lot of recognition in work for being the top performer employee and for having a lot of good feedbacks from my customers. I always give my best shot in everything I do. I'm willing to undergo to any training that will enhance my knowledge and skills.
My data entry experiences are with American Data Exchange Corporation and Personiv. I was able to communicate with my clients through email in regards to their loan document requests and business phone calls evaluations. I'm proficient with excel, word, powerpoint and outlook.
