I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration major in Financial Management with 5 years experience in BPO industry and continuing to grow my career as a Freelancer for 3 years now. 

I am kind of multitasking person because I did pursue my career while pursuing my study back then until I graduated. It was tough that I need to go in school in a daytime and work in a graveyard shift but I do believe that nothing is impossible as long as you love what you are doing and you know your goals and passion. 

I got promoted as an Escalation in Billing Department when I was working in DocuSign. I do newbie assistance and assist billing supervisor call. I always do my best to provide first call resolution that whatever will work with the customer. These task also includes, reversing chargeback filed by customer. 

I've experience as well being chosen as one of leading pioneering in Customer Retention in keeping customer's subscription. Introducing to the customer how important the platform and how they can benefit it. I do the task in winning them back from cancelling their account with us by offering some sort of discount that they can take advantage with which is still within SOP.
