onboarding offboarding troubleshoot Office 365 issues, and
enforce security policies via phone,
User Training: Conduct user training sessions and create
documentation for M365 tools.
Maintenance and Updates: Monitor service availability and plan
updates.
Documentation: Maintain records of configurations and
support interactions.
Localand Network printer installation & Configuration.
Create monthly security report.
Computer Hardware and Software troubleshooting.
AV,VPN and other software installation & configuration.
Liaise with software/service vendor.
Domain and DNS configuration.
