Profile Description

I have eight years of experience working on eCommerce on different online marketplaces doing various roles like product descriptions, bullets, titles, some Photoshop editing, and a little bit of customer service as well. On the side, I also used to write sports news articles, which is my passion. I am a sports writer by heart and it helped me to be more focused on doing research and picking the important details to highlight.
I was also able to manage VAs based in West Asia to make sure they were fulfilling their roles and job responsibilities to make sure that the tasks and projects were being done properly and making sure that there weren't small details being left behind.
Before doing manager duties, I trained new hires, especially those who do not have any experience going on board, on the basics of product description writing, copywriting, data entry, basic Photoshop, and other eCommerce processes.I also do coaching with the team leaders and tenured employees about the changes and updates with the major eCommerce platforms and working on them. Attend seminars and workshops that can enhance my skills and create my own training materials for the company.
Most recently, I was a client-facing Account Manager working with platforms like Amazon, Ulta Beauty, Meijer, and Walgreens. I am to explore and learn more platforms and help any organization in any way I can.
