Profile Description

I worked in a BPO industry for over 11 years as a customer service representative and a sales associate. I was an Assistant Manager for 3 years in a sales account. I had managed a wide array of tasks such as working as the right hand of the site leader, being an in-charge in all events and rewards & recognitions, sending reports to the higher management, etc. I also acted as an internal Compliance Manager making sure that we hit the Process and HR requirements month over month. Since 2019, I have been working as an Admin Assistant in a Real Estate industry managing database, social media and marketing, and partial listings, transactions side, and property management.
