It's quite challenging at first because it is my first time to handle a sales account, billing and technical and didn't expect I'd be one of the top VOC (Voice of the Customer) Warrior. 

I also worked as Virtual Assistant in Virtual Bridge PH and I am the one who is responsible in facilitating interviews of applicants and communicate with the clients and updates the result to our HR Team. I answer follow-ups and queries and scheduled meetings of clients and reporting directly to the Director of Operations of the company. 

I was then hired as a cold caller and appointment setter for solar industry. We call residential leads and ask to speak with the homeowners. We then qualify them. We ask for their electric bill and for their email address. Once they have completed the pre-qualification and has stated interest in knowing more about it or the prices, that's the only time I book the appointment for my client to do an in-person visit with the lead's house. 

Then I've worked as a Sales Associate at TaxRobot for over 3 years. It is a B2B where are firm working in the area to claim the R&D Tax Credit. I explained to the decision makers what the research and development tax credit is. I asked for an appointment close to speak with one of our firm partners to deliver the tax credit estimate.

To add up I also have knowledge with CRM Tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, GHL as well as Google sheet. Dialer like Aircall, VUpgrade to see actual info,Ring Central and Avaya. As well as Teams, Skype, WhatsApp which is the Microsoft app used for communication.

I am a team player, fast learner, easy to work with and can work with a very minimum supervision. I am someone you can trust with who practice integrity and professionalism all the time.
