- Record disbursement transactions and maintain a schedule of the transactions per account.- Monitor daily sales of each branch, and deposits and do daily bank reconciliation.- Worked with Branch Managers – assist with sales transactions and expense monitoring for each branch through system software.- Conduct inventory counts- Worked with tax experts - assigned to make and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual Income Tax Returns (Philippine Tax Laws). Dealt with 3 Letters of Authority from the Bureau of Internal Revenue.- Make monthly and annual reports, and financial statements.- Conduct budgeting of cash and resources of the company.
