My job is to answer customer phone calls and oversee transfers, create memos or newsletters, and assist with planning travel details. I am also responsible for helping my employer maintain social networking platforms or customer support channels. I manage Wix/ WordPress Website, Facebook Shop, and Instagram Shop.
