I have acquired most of my skills from mUpgrade to see actual info 16 years in the BPO industry. I have been customer service rep to technical support rep and a trainer for an accounting software called Quickbooks, servicing their clients for Payroll and Installation services. I have classroom product training experience. I have an extensive experience with workforce management and started as an analyst and also became a wfm team lead, I did real time management, shrinkage, staffing, scheduling, reports data analysis and reporting, client call data analysis and coaching for wfm related KPI outliers. This helped me enhance my office tools skills like excel and powerpoint. Also used Bluepumpkin, aspect and IEX for wfm jobs. I was an implementation team lead for Upgrade to see actual infontFeed which is a marketing platform that allows brands to engage with their customers at the local level. This helps increase in searches for local businesses which translates to revenues and foot traffic at local stUpgrade to see actual infos. Users can manage their Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google and Foursquare accounts and as well as their websites. I did baseline SEO, account user and group setup, social media network setup, location data cleanup for Google maps, listings setup and maintenance. Aside from its own platform, I used Zendesk and Saleforce for completing tickets. I can work with minimal supervision, will work self-directed and a problem solver. I have excellent communications skills both oral and written. Outside the BPO skill set, I am also a skilled visual artists having studied Fine Arts in University and have used Photoshop and CUpgrade to see actual infol draw but would need to update skills on those spftwares but an excellent manual artist through drawing, sketching and painting. With these skills, I would like a long term and stable job and help you buid and grow your business.
