I’m a customer service representative from the Philippines. I have been working as a customer service for 8 years already. I started working as a customer service way back in 2014. That is my first job in a BPO industry where I help my client get a vacation package and set them an appointment and book a location for their vacation.By 2016 I worked as an appointment setter for a mortgage account where I help my client file bankruptcy and set an appointment for a loan officer and for a student loan. Then after a yearworking as a collection specialist where I help the customers with their debt and with how they can pay it weekly / monthly or even a settlement payment for them to close their account. By 2020 i worked for a company as a customer service / appointment setter in a seasonal account for covid vaccine where in I help them find a location and book an appointment for them as well.Then by the year 2021 I landed another job for a landmark account as customer service where in i help the customer find a contractor for their appliances and set an appointment for them.And then this year I got hired for a non-voice account wherein I do back-office support where i file ticket for the client regarding the issues they are having and do
