I am responsible for recording daily financial transactions by performing verification of transaction and posting the transaction to Quickbooks online, monthly bank reconciliation and monthly financial reports to assist managers in taking strategic decisions. I also prepare GreenSheets for commission processing and supervise the role of the transaction coordinator. My role includes processing Greensheets submitted and entry to WinMore, processing commissions due to agents, posting of escrow received to AccountEdge and processing releases of escrow.
I was also a former Accounts Receivable Manager in a property management company based in Sacramento, CA, using Propertyware and Google Teams. I have a background in general accounting in one of the leading real estate company in the Philippines for 4 years. I have knowledge in Quickbooks and SAP and AccountEdge. I am proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Google Sheet, Docusign, WinMore, Slack, Ring Central, Dotloop, Deluxe Echecks, PropertyWare and Google Teams. I am motivated and self directed.
