Ive been in a BPO company for 9 years, started as a sales retention expert, where i have to convince customers who wants yo cancel membership. as a sales retention i have to provide all the benefits that is being given by our product for the customers. i was once an SME/POC, where i have to do like coaching sessions for the agents. ive also worked as a collections representative in SPRINT, where i have to balance being a customer represantive and at the same time being a collections expert.. lastly ive worked as a sales representative as a retailer of a different cable company like, att, dtv, spectrum at etc. where this is the most challenging job ive ever had. have to convince the customer, sell the products and services using a solid arguments and powerful rebuttal.
