Profile Description

I've been in the insurance business for 10 yrs now, and recently got the position of being a quality analyst. My tasks daily involves, auditing policies, use of excel to track the quality of the team. Send bi weekly and monthly reports to our process owners. I am also tasked to do some coaching, as needed. I also maintain/update our Quality Checklist to ensure that it is up to date with the recent updates.
I work with minimal supervision, just tell me what is needed to be done and i'll figure out ways to do it. With my 10 yrs experience in the office I would say that I have learned how to work professionally and efficiently, and since my line of work is in the insurance side, we are taught to always deliver the customers needs.
