Profile Description

I have been working as an AE CSR for the past 3 years for a direct-client account (home-based) at HALO. My responsibilities include:

* I run daily reports of open orders and complete follow-ups based on the reasons listed in the report.
* Communicating with manufacturers and AEs via phone and email.- Handling requests from AEs (salespersons) for order changes, such as returns, address changes, color adjustments, quantity modifications, etc.
* Periodically checking for new orders throughout the day to set follow-ups, dates, and reasons.
* Reviewing orders to ensure the ship date and method will result in timely arrival.- Tracking shipments on various shippers' websites.
* Retaining and applying knowledge of multiple vendors and products.
* Documenting all order-related activities in various systems.
* Demonstrating compassion, a desire to help, and a service-oriented attitude while balancing empathy and firmness.
* Providing backup support to other customer service representatives.

I was a former Customer Service Representative for the Upgrade to see actual info contact centre. I was given a chance to undergo technical support training and work as technical support for Amazon Kindle Tablet. I also have experience working as a Customer Service Representative for CreditOne Bank. After this, I was part of anorder entry Team for Upgrade to see actual info which handles Web Queries, Email Support, and other customer service-related tasks. 

I also worked as a Product Manager Assistant for Master Electronics under Office Beacon Philippines, I support the team by:* Updating purchase orders with accurate ship dates and tracking information.* Monitoring and managing open order reports from suppliers.* Visiting various websites to update backlog information.* Ensuring that purchase orders reflect the most current details from supplier websites or provided updates.I am proficient with tools such as MERP, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, MS Office, and Outlook.I am open to exploring new opportunities, as I believe in continuous learning and personal growth, whether it be in my career, personal life, or hobbies.
