My responsibilities included identifying the current vesting owner and documenting exceptions, such as easements, mineral rights, oil and gas interests, setback lines, and restrictions, especially for open Deeds of Trust, assignments, and modifications.
Additionally, I spent five years as a Mortgage Banking Specialist at JPMorgan Chase, where my role was screening both initial and final document submissions. My responsibilities included ensuring that all documents were valid, detecting any potential fraud, and facilitating the research, examination, and evaluation process to determine borrower eligibility for housing loans.
