Profile Description

I've spent almost 4 years in a website design company and 10 years in english customer support.
I worked as a professional website designer with extensive knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator. I also know basic InDesign when I had an on the job training while I was in college practicing on a print advertising company. I am also very knowledgeable in Microsoft Office tools like Word, PowerPoint and basic Excel. While designing websites i was tasked to contact customers for feedback to help give what customers want and need while maintaining aesthetic quality.
Currently, I'm working for a social media company as customer support helping customers regarding issues with billing, technical support and customer service. I used to work for a collections account and was a consistent top performer.
I would like a long term job and want to go back to my first love which is graphic design for print, making logos, and website design.
