I’ve been in the BPO industry for almost 12 years and handled different accounts such as sales, billing, tech support via chat and phone and lead generation and I used to be a QA and a Team Leader until I dUpgrade to see actual info to become a freelance virtual assistant. As a VA, I worked for a medical, consumer services and financial company as an auditor, appointment setter and order processor. I used to work for a lending company as a Bank Document Specialist.
