I worked in an Australian-based telco company and have skills in dealing with different types of clients whether it is over the phone or via email. I worked as a loan specialist at a US-based bank and as a customer service specialist at a UK-based bank. Additionally, I currently work as an e-commerce customer service associate. I handle emails, chats, and social media messages for an e-commerce brand. I use Shopify and Gorgias as my tools. Having said this, I have a keen attention to detail. I always make sure I do the right thing even without supervision. Further, I am passionate and driven to deliver good customer service. I want to get a job where I can contribute my knowledge and skills to help your business grow.
