I worked as a Data Entry Specialist at Radixfire Protection, where I handled invoices and kept track of the company’s expenses. My job was to enter data into Salesforce, including everything the company bought, returned, and spent. I made sure all amounts matched between invoices and Salesforce records to keep everything accurate. I also tracked labor hours and cost changes, making sure all updates were recorded properly. On top of that, I managed an Excel file to compare with Salesforce, keeping track of accounts that were billed, completed, canceled, or pending. This helped the customer service team know which customers needed follow-ups. Another part of my job was entering product details for items purchased from vendors and updating vendor account information in Salesforce. My work helped keep records organized, making things smoother and more efficient for the company.
