My job includes a lot of client support via phone and email and as a Data entry operator, our responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. We need to be fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.. This further enhanced my English communication skills, customer service skills and phone etiquette. With this time management and less supervision is needed. Before I go into the BPO industry, I worked for 12 years as a Pre-School teacher in St. Matthew College.
In 12 years of experience in teaching students who wish to strengthen their skills and build more confidence. As you can see, I have had extensive work experience in teaching environments, giving me varied skills and the ability to work with many different types of people. I believe I could fit easily into your team. I believe that my solid years of experience in teaching will be beneficial, especially now that I am expanding my reach and trying to get in touch with people from different countries to help them achieve their goal of being able to speak English well.
