Profile Description

SOCIAL MEDIA. My previous work experience includes answering social media inquiries for "The 700 Club Asia", "CBN Asia Inc.", and "Batang Superbook" Facebook page posts and inbox.

COUNSELING. I also did counseling over the phone, on different social media platforms, and e-mail of CBN Asia.

CUSTOMER SERVICE. I also have years of experience in customer service (BPO) via voice and chat thus handling irate customers with their service concerns, doing billing explanations, and up-sale new products of the company. 

I can work alone or with a team. I can submit to authority and also take a leadership role. I am self-motivated and need minimal supervision while working.

I am looking for a job where I can both utilize and further enhance my skills while providing quality service, strong communication skills, and strong people skills.
