I worked in a BPO industry for 4 years and 6 months. 2 years as Customer Service Representative (voice) and 2 years and 6 months as a Chat Support Representative. I handled Telecommunications and E-commerce account. My job in a Telco account is to resolve customers' concerns, answer general inquiries, handles billing and basic troubleshooting. I also worked as an Appeals Specialist in an e-Commerce account. I am highly teachable and a fast learner so I am open to new opportunities as well.
