I’m skilled, equipped, and experienced in the BPO industry and as a freelance Virtual Assistant. A year of expertise as a technical support representative in Teleperformance Philippines (Client: Comcast Telecom), two years as a customer support representative in VXI Global Holdings Philippines (Client: Uber Transportation in The USA), and was awarded excellence in performance as a customer service representative in handling phone calls, worked in the escalation department and massive email handling, in Awesome OS Philippines (Client: Ipsy Care) I've worked as a customer support representative handling emails, working with order entry and retention. 

Currently, I am working as a content moderator under the Facebook account and Mark Upgrade to see actual info as our main client. I work under a big company named Concentrix located in the Philippines.

In spite of the work experiences I had, I still did not stop seeking more opportunities that would help me gain more knowledge and would probably find the career and financial growth I am rooting for, along the way. By all means necessary, I ventured to work as a Virtual Assistant and it all started with Gemstone Gods, a jewelry customization company located in the USA but mainly in Los Angeles California. My task was to handle their social media accounts, answering messages, responding to comments, taking in orders, or might as well, work with retention to replace items instead of giving out refunds. 

After my recent client as a Virtual Assistant, I found another client with a company named Cyperconic, based in New York City and is working as a Lead Generation Specialist, I only work there part-time.
