Why hire me? 

By education, I am an Engineering Assistant who does materials and cost estimates and 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp. I also have relevant experience in engineering surveying, materials and soil testing, structural detailing, and steel and concrete design.

Despite the years of engineering work in both field and office, I am presently and continuously learning internet freelancing specializing in design and marketing.

I have 4 years of experience in web development and design on WordPress using Elementor and Divi themes. I also have built quite a number of e-commerce websites using Shopify and Woocommerce, with a few dropshipping and marketplace websites. Some clients also reach out to me for store management and send out newsletters using Klaviyo, Omnisend, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact; and website optimization to generate more traffic and conversion. I mostly use Optinmonster for email capturing pop-ups on WordPress websites.

I use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator in Logo Design and Canva for making creatives for websites, Facebook ads, social media posts, and newsletters. I know only basic image manipulation and enhancement on Photoshop.

In terms of organic leads, I know basic SEO using tools like Yoast, and Google Search Console for keyword researching (on-page) and off-page strategy– building backlinks through Web 2.0 submission and profile creation. 

I'm super organized and able to work under pressure. I'm also a "good" critical thinker which means I am as objective as possible when looking at information or situation. I am quite a jack-of-all-trades type of a VA, I don't claim to be excellent in the areas I Upgrade to see actual info fact, I am a bit awful on bad days. But that doesn't mean the knowledge and skills I learned from my experience and the core competencies I possess are any less helpful. :)
