With nearly 5 years of diverse professional experience, I have developed a broad skill set across various roles. My career began in the BPO sector, where I excelled in customer service for a retail account, handling purchases, refunds, replacements, and de-escalating concerns. Transitioning into recruitment, I worked as a Recruitment Coordinator and Recruiter, where I sourced candidates, managed pre-employment requirements, and liaised with managers to oversee the hiring process. My next role was as an LIS Coordinator and Registrar in an educational institution, where I managed the enrollment of thousands of students, organized documentation, and presented reports to DepEd and PEAC. Recently, I served as a Virtual Assistant for a home care agency in Canada, overseeing the schedules and appointments of personal support workers. I also communicate with clients dealing with various health issues, manage insurance and legal concerns, and assist the HR department with recruitment tasks, including sourcing, initial interviews, background checks, and resume editing.
