Profile Description

Being able to take phone calls and reply to emails as a customer service representative for a year proves that I am proficient in my written and oral skills. Also, being in a technical account allows me to interact with different kinds of people, including angry customers which honed me to become a better listener and an efficient problem solver. Part of my job is to handle billing concerns which requires a lot of attention to detail and being able to interpret data correctly and explain it to the customer with patience and kindness.
As a leader in our ministry and at school, I submit reports and data which made me knowledgeable in Microsoft word, excel, and powerpoint even though I am far from being an expert at it.
I can work with minimum supervision and I am very teachable and a fast-learner as well. I'm very particular with integrity and honesty which makes me a great addition to your company wherein I can contribute in the growth and success of your business.
