Profile Description

1. Vendor Account  
Management: Monitor and manage our Amazon vendor account, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines. 
A. Product Listing Optimization: Create, update, and optimize product listings to maximize visibility and sales. Ensure that product information, images, and descriptions are accurate and compelling.
B. Inventory Management: Manage and track inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. Implement inventory replenishment strategies to meet demand.
C. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve customer concerns.
D. Reporting: Generate reports on key performance metrics and share insights with the team.- Continuously monitor and assess vendor account health. Prepare Diagnostic Sales Report

2. Seller Account Management: Maintain and oversee our Amazon seller account, ensuring adherence to Amazon's policies and guidelines.  Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing strategies.
A. Product Listing Optimization: Create, update, and optimize product listings to enhance visibility and sales performance. Ensure product descriptions, images, and details are accurate and engaging.
B. Inventory and Order Management: Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory replenishment strategies. Process orders promptly, ensuring on-time shipment and customer satisfaction.
C. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with customer support teams to handle customer concerns effectively.
D. Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, pricing trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth. Provide data-driven insights to improve product performance.
E. Reporting: Generate reports on key performance metrics and share findings with the team. Monitor seller account health and resolve any issues promptly.
