I have been a successful customer service support for over 14 years, supporting different USA-based campaigns such as Telecommunication, Cable, Payment Remittance, Online Business, and Bank.
I worked my way to be promoted as subject matter expert, and eventually as a Supervisor directing a team towards our common goals: growth and success.
I started working virtually in 2018 and successfully supported different campaigns as an Appointment Setter, Sales, Administration, and Customer Service Representative for different campaigns such as Solar, Procurement, Semiconductor Equipment Trading, Real estate, Mortgage, Final Expense Insurance, and E-commerce.
