Profile Description

I work as a call center agent since 2013. My first BPO post was with a sales campaign for Modem, Routers, Access point and other Networking device in the US where I served as a sales associate and Technical Support for one year. My main task is to provide appropriate programming and equipment setup based on the customer's needs and preferences.
I had to move to another city where I started working for a new company as a technical support representative handling a Telco campaign for a high-speed internet account. We are handling around 30 to 40 calls a day resolving technical issues for our customers while teaching them how to manage and resolve the issue for their future references. I moved back to Manila and started working for a CCTV service campaign where I handled sales, customer service and some troubleshooting. We also provide chat, email support and remote access to deliver the best service experience.
I am currently in search of a job that would allow me to further improve my skill set and give me a more sustainable monthly income for my family.
