Growing an e-commerce and dropshipping business can be difficult, especially alone.
That's where I come in.
With over 7 years experience of being a customer service representative, I have worked with different clients in different fields. But I loved working in the e-commerce field the most! As an e-commerce and drop shipping virtual assistant, I am responsible for database entry, dropshipping management, order processing, order fulfilment, and customer support (phone, live chat, and e-mail). I also deal with logistic concerns, returns, payment issues, and replacements. I have also done social media management and basic photo editing.
I've had direct clients outside this platform but my goal here along with building up my profile is also to help my potential clients take some tasks off their shoulders so they can focus on the more necessary aspects of their business.
