I worked as Technical Support Specialist at National Bookstore Inc. For 5 years. Were dealing and supporting all National Bookstore Branches whenever they encountered hardware and software problems. We also support then through chat and emails. I am patient dealing with people especially in supporting them. Much for likely im looking for a homebased online job.
