I've been a Purchasing Assistant in the Purchasing department in one of Hotel here in the Philippines. I know pretty well how to work with MS Word and MS Excel. I have skills in orUpgrade to see actual infoizing data's as well as files. I make sure that all files are updated.

I have worked also for 4 years in the Customer Service field that's why I have the ability to use positive language and clear communication skills. Language is very important part of persuasion and customers create perceptions based on the language we use. Also I have the ability to 'read' customer. This is important because it takes knowing your customer, to create a personal experience for them. Also I am goal oriented focus and always has the willingness to learn.
