Profile Description

I am a seasoned Virtual Assistant with over 5 years of experience under my belt. 

My expertise lies in Amazon Virtual Assistance, where I helped an eCommerce business from scratch. From building SOPs to contacting suppliers, analyzing product profitability, creating shipments, and repricing products for maximum profit, I have done it all! With a thorough understanding of account issues, I created cases to mitigate them effectively. 

Additionally, while serving eCommerce/Amazon sellers, I also worked for an Australian recruitment company. There, I assisted them in posting job vacancies, tracking campaigns on social media, managing contracts, digital headhunting, and downloading reports through Salesforce. 

Furthermore, I recently launched a course to teach aspiring Amazon Virtual Assistants the same work I've been doing. My students Upgrade to see actual inforn the ropes of becoming a successful Amazon VA, including how to source products and use Amazon seller tools efficiently such as Keepa & SellerAmp.

My extensive knowledge and skills as a general VA are not limited to just these areas; I have also helped a start-up FCE clinic organize its patients' charts and called insurance providers for approval of the service being provided. I am also proficient in Upgrade to see actual inforning new software and tools. I am enthusiastic about my work and passionate about assisting businesses in achieving their goals.
