I have a total of ten years of experience in Customer Service assisting American, UK and Australian customers. I also have a year of experience doing content moderation for a social media account.
The skills that I have today were developed and honed at some of the most well known Call Centers and In-house companies in the Philippines wherein I also handled different lines of businesses. I am comfortable in doing data entry tasks because I love to juggle on tasks where my accuracy, efficiency, speed and multi-tasking skills are needed.
I am a fast typer (rUpgrade to see actual infoing from 80wpm - 100wpm), has a keen eye for details and is very much familiar with sheets and online forms. I have great communication skills (both spoken and written), with an advanced/mastery level in English proficiency. I own a personal computer and I also have an excellent and reliable internet connection with 75mbps download and upload speed.
My passion is to fully resolve my clients' needs to the best of my ability to make sure that I am an asset. Patience, attentiveness, time management, positive attitude towards work, empathy and a lot of other traits are what I honed during my years of experience. I am a team player who is always willing to be trained for new things that would help me further my skills in order to provide the best assistance to my clients.
