Profile Description

I have been in the BPO industry for 4 years but with two different BPO companies.  At my first BPO company, I was an account associate or email representative, which caters to customer concerns via email. Our account was Uber Eats, an online food ordering and delivery platform in which couriers deliver meals using cars, scooters, bikes, or on foot. I specifically handled delivery partner or driver
concerns such as the wrong delivery address, waiting too long at the restaurant, incorrect compensation, etc.

At my second BPO company, I was a customer service representative, handling three different channels: phone, email, and chat. Our account was with FabfitFun, an e-commerce company. It is a subscription box service that delivers a curated selection of beauty, fashion, fitness, wellness, and home products to its customers on a seasonal basis. Customers can subscribe to receive these boxes, which contain full-sized products, and they can also shop for individual items in FabFitFun's online store. As a CSR, my tasks were inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, processing orders, refunds, tracking orders, and others.

From these two BPO companies I worked with, we used the platform Zendesk to respond to our customer's inquiries. Working in this industry for a long time, I have gotten used to dealing with customers, and I always make sure that at the end of every interaction, I can provide the best resolution that they are looking
for.

On the other hand, I was a new accounts specialist at one of the cooperatives here in Davao City. My tasks and responsibilities are: conducting seminars for prospective applicants; verifying all new account applications; reviewing all the submitted files to see if they're incomplete or wrong; and encoding their information in the system.

Lastly, I worked as a VA for 3 months, and my tasks were cold calling, data entry and research in a real estate business.
