* Customer Service : answering customer ’s technical and commercial needs and clarifying potential misunderstandings;
* Data Management: recording data on orders, sales, and deliveries accurately; 
* Reporting: generating reports on the state of the deliveries, quantitates of available products, and produced and sold goods.
