Profile Description

    I've been an E-commerce Virtual Assistant (VA) for 8 years. I have handle an account/store in Amazon (Drop Shipping/FBA) and Facebook Upgrade to see actual infoetplace and Shop. I am knowledgeable on product research, customer service, refunds as well as feed backs. I've been a trainer for a year on how to do product research.

   I work on Amazon FBA and FBA Wholesale. I do Supplier search, Emails on suppliers and open an Wholesale account with them. Looking for a good and sellable items out of the CSV files given by the supplier. I have used some tools such Helium 10, Keepa, Analyzer tool, Jungle scout, Amazon Scout Pro, Amazon scout FBA Calculator. In short Email  Upgrade to see actual infoeting to Brands / Analyzing spreadsheets to find profitable FBA products / Adding products to account / Creating Shipping Plan / Adding items to a repricer. 
I used Tactical Arbitrage, Keepah graph., Revseller, Tactical bucket. I run a search on Tactical Arbitrage and check results based on criteria given. 

In addition, I also worked on Facebook Upgrade to see actual infoetplace and Shops. I do product listing  both manually and data feeds. Formulating a good product description and photos. I also process orders from different suppliers. (Amazon/Walmart/Ebay etc.). I also tracked orders and update tracking numbers. I also do weekly posting on facebook page using Upgrade to see actual info. I answer customers inquiries and follow ups on their orders. Tools used were Canva app, FBMfox etc.

   I am a computer literate, (MS Word, Excel, Power point, Google sheets)
I work self directed, hardworking and I'm willing to learn new strategies and ideas that will broaden my mind and help me sharpen my skills.
