I used to work as a Tech support from a cable company then got promoted as a Upgrade to see actual info addition to my current post, I also coach our Advisors offshore in a day to day basis, depending on what field/areas of opportunity that has been obsereved that they need to work on. I also know how to work with MS Office (Word, Excel, Form, etc).
