Profile Description

I have more than 10 years solid experience in sales, service and 7 years experience in bookkeeping, AR, AP for both US and Australian e-commerce businesses. I have a vast knowledge across all operational departments within the business and with different industries. I am experienced using Xero and QuickBooks for more than 6 years. This includes creating purchase orders, data entry for transactions and payments received, monthly reconciliation of credit card statements, running profit and loss and balance sheet reports and preparing AU quarterly BAS.I have also done Project Management using Trello, Airtable, Asana. I am also responsible for Stock and Inventory Management and Logistics Management. I conduct training for new hires and performance coaching. I also list products in Amazon and eBay using Magento M2E Pro and Amazon Seller Central. I am passionate with the work I do. I make sure that I resolve customer inquiries on their first contact and provide good service on every interaction. I am a team player, works well with the team and likes to collaborate for new ideas to improve the business. I have been sent to Australia on 3 occasions since 2017 to attend the Retail Global training and conferences at the Gold Coast.
