Profile Description

I have worked as an Executive Virtual Assistant for 3 years. Part of my responsibilities include managing customer service and handling office admin tasks such as basic video and photo editing, researching, data entry, lead generation, appointment setting and many more. Working remotely for the past years has proven my efficiency and reliability in an environment with less to zero supervision.

Prior to working online, I was in customer service in a call center setting for over 10 years. Some of my responsibilities include answering and making calls, responding to customers via chat and email and order fulfillment. I also created workflows, customer FAQs, knowledge base for agents and tutorial videos for customers. Many years in the customer service industry taught me to think on my toes and out of the box to ensure first contact resolution and great customer experience.

I worked with prominent US companies like Comcast, JP Morgan and Citibank, to name a few. My experience with these companies contributed to my understanding of American culture and the needs of companies and customers. 

All of my experiences require great attention to detail, creativity, resourcefulness and the ability to learn new things fast.  With my Customer Service and Office & Admin experience, I can help you with variety of things that might help you take your business to the next level.
