With a diverse background in Quality Assurance, Project Coordination, and Customer Service, I bring a well-rounded skill set and extensive experience to every role I undertake. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, I have developed a keen eye for detail, ensuring that products and services meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. My experience as a Project Coordinator allowed me to sharpen my organizational and leadership abilities, overseeing the execution of projects from conception to completion while ensuring all timelines, budgets, and goals were met efficiently. Additionally, my time as a Customer Service Representative has honed my communication skills and my ability to resolve issues swiftly, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships. I was a Customer Service Representative for 5 years and 10 months and was an Executive Resolutions Department Managers (in calls from escalated customers). In this experience I was able to develop a lot of great skills that improved my service and the services I can offer. Being in a large company I was able to develop great People Skills helping me to be Professional and courteous, be respectful, be dependable, be flexible, be a good listener that could work in collaboration, be creative, be empathetic, and has developed my self-confidence. In the company I was from I was nurtured to Maintain a polite and professional telephone manner, we were constantly trained to have Excellent problem-solving skills, able to respond to and handled customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner, and in that i also have developed personal organization and multitasking skills in a fast paced environment. In the work experience i had, i develop the ability to learn, retain and apply large amounts of information and the ability to accept and meet quantitative goals.As one of the generation technology savvy's I have excellent communications skills across channels (including phone, chat and video) both verbal and non-verbal.
I have interests in fashion and designs in all forms where i could apply my creativity. I have some groups and pages being handled in my Facebook account.
I was able to have an On the Job Training in one of our Banks and was able to have a hands on experience on Office Works.
I love to travel and discover new things.
I am a coordinator of a youth group in our religious organization where I developed several skills. I was able to apply my knowledge in MS Word, PPT, Excel and other programs and my knowledge in Adobe Photoshop. I was also able to develop the skill of budgeting and event planning. I am a dancer (praise and worship) and a choreographer and trainer at the same time. I am also a choir member in our church choir (we sing during mass). Being part of a team allows me to be a great team player where i can share my creativity and expertise.
I am God- fearing and value my faith the most.
