Profile Description

My work experiences molded me into the kind of person I am today. I have been a sales representative for 3 years before I started my virtual assistant journey in 2018. I have encountered different types of customers and handled their concerns successfully. Those have been so helpful with my virtual assistant job, which includes customer support. It has improved my communication skills which is a must with my email and chat support job. I do manage some Facebook accounts where I create and write content. I have managed some eBay stores for 3 years and have done tasks such as product research and listing, order processing, customer support, and maintaining top-rated seller level of the store. Since year 2021, I have been an executive assistant to the CEO, doing email management, chat support, calendar management, and other admin tasks.
